Our founder has been designing, fabricating and installing unique custom hardware for over 30 years and is a licensed contractor-locksmith.

Quotes Being Large Estate Specialists allows us to provide a Non Binding “Quick Quote” for project sizes over 20K Square Ft. We will be able to provide a quote within several hours to one day.  For an accurate quote we must receive a set of floor plans with numbered doors and a corresponding door schedule, The Jefferson Park Collection will then provide a preliminary estimate for the project. Pricing is based on product selection, finish selection, as well as the size and complexity of the project. In instances where low quantities would otherwise render manufacturing unfeasible, a minimum order surcharge will be applied. Once the estimate has been approved, The Jefferson Park Collection will provide a door-by-door schedule with all  pricing.Please email your request to the attention of the Sales Department and include the following:1. The Process Upon approval of the hardware budget, a Project Manager will be  assigned to your order. All hardware is specified and scheduled on a door-by-door basis. This Jefferson Park Collection schedule is issued to the designer, architect or contractor for review. Upon receipt of signed approval sheets we will begin production of the order. Our Project Manager coordinates the project and provides specification information, finish samples, templates, and coordination with the various trades as required. Ultimately, the product is delivered packaged and labeled by door. This service is critical to ensuring an efficient installation. The Jefferson Park Collection takes pride in being the most efficient service oriented “Large Project” hardware fabricator and supplier. We make a point of being available during the installation process to answer questions, make recommendations and assist with punch-list items as needed.
